We may ask for your order number and a brief description of the service issue. We do not require body photos, scale photos, medical records, or other unrelated sensitive information.

How to Request

Email herweightcoach@gmail.com with your full name, purchase email, Shopify order number, and a description of your service experience. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank timing may vary.
