These terms apply to your use of this website and the Personal Weight-Loss Consultant Support service offered by the Her Weight Coach service provider.

Service

The service provides general weight-management and lifestyle guidance. It is limited to personal reasonable use and is not a medical, emergency, prescription, or disease-treatment service.

Consultant Assignment

We may assign or change consultants based on team availability. We do not guarantee that the same consultant will remain assigned permanently.

Appropriate Use

You may not use the service for harassment, abuse, automated messaging, unrelated high-volume contact, or purposes outside the purchased service.

Availability

The service is provided while the project and company continue operating. It is not 24/7 instant response support.
